Well, as normal as it can be. Making videos like that in late teenager-hood is never a good sign. Anyway, you can find the instructions on the "Freds Voice" page. You can do it for free, and the instructions tell you how. Maybe you could make his voice normal and then mix it up to create a Fred parody? If you do, post a comment 'cos I'd like to see it. I have been busy with the website and, as you can see (if you've visited this site before), it has been given a complete makeover. Hope you like it, 'cos I think it's cool!
